Everyday stress can lead us to many things but what I’ve found that helps relieve stress the best is my four children. They brighten my day no matter g9w stressful it was.

As a busy mom who works 50 hours a week and has 4 kids I am always looking for new dinner ideas. 

Diabetic daughter does not get it!

I have a 15 year old who has been a diabetic since she was 4. I fight with her everyday to check her sugar and to give herself insulin. She always tells me she forgets to give herself insulin. When her sugar is low she will tell me I don’t care. I just don’t understand how to get through to her about how important this is.
